Interview
video interview, I had 30 seconds to answer each question. I found that quite difficult to list of the main things. However, you could record and practise the question as many times as you wanted. Therefore, if you mad a mistake you could just record it again.

Interview
After completing the application form, literacy test, video interview and telephone interview, I was invited for an assessment centre. I had to prepare for an individual activity; a presentation including a SWOT analysis on women's blouses, future trends and how they can be related to the Next consumer. I then had to build a range of women's blouses by choosing 10 out of 20 blouses they had provided and had to justify with trend, lead times, suppliers etc. I then had a regular structured interview with the same lady. There was supposed to be a teamwork exercise but only two of us were they so they cancelled it.

Interview
Long and drawn out process, went through initial application to online tests, then to video interview and then progressed to a telephone interview. Telephone interview was awful, the buyer that was interviewing myself was rude and belittling and put me off of the company completely. They made the interview feel rushed and acted like I was insignificant.
