I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NEXT in Nov 2017
Interview
Long and drawn out process, went through initial application to online tests, then to video interview and then progressed to a telephone interview. Telephone interview was awful, the buyer that was interviewing myself was rude and belittling and put me off of the company completely. They made the interview feel rushed and acted like I was insignificant.
Applied online then had to have a recorded video interview after I had completed a questionnaire online. This came through my email. It was a simple and easy process from start to finish.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at NEXT
Interview
After I applied I did received a link where I was given some questions and I had to record my answer.
Then I had an interview over Google meet with one of the buying managers. She asked me questions such as why do I want to work at Next, who do I think the customer is, what can I bring to the team etc. As this role is very trend based I was asked which trends I thought for the next season.
Next I was invited to an Assessment Centre day where I did a group activity, a presentation task and finally a formal interview. My task was to do a swot analysis of a womenswear category and also trends.
