NEXT Team Member interview questions

Was very informal- just had a five minute chat and then spent the next 20 minutes getting set up on the system and was then given a short tour around the facilities.

I arrived on time for my scheduled retail store assessment, but I was left waiting for over an hour without communication. When the manager, finally spoke to me, she didn’t conduct a proper interview—just apologized repeatedly and talked about how she was angry. She never reviewed my documents or gave me a real chance to be assessed.
