NEXT Team Member interview questions

Had a phone interview - was short (14mins), more of an informal chat, was only asked 3 questions and spoke about previous role on CV. Was later invited to an in-store assessment at the end of the call. Assessment seemed to be with another team member, rather than a manager. They have a sheet, where they have activities that they can choose to give you, I was put on parcel collection and later outfit builds + role play. Nothing to stress about, though the 4/3 stage process seems to be long for an entry level role. Was told that I will be contacted later on, dont know how long to wiat but don't think that will happen anyways.

Just a quick phone call, asking me questions on my retail experience and my expectations. I was then asked about hours and told about the job description. Very easy and swift process for the job.
