I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NEXT (Cardiff, Gales) in May 2018
Interview
Online application - this then led to a phone interview with a few brief questions - then invited for a team assessment where you're asked to pick an outfit for an event and sell it to the person supervising you. You then go on the shop floor and interact with customers. - it's all very laid back and calm and not nerve-racking at all.

I applied online. I interviewed at NEXT (Huntingdon, England) in Dec 2017
Interview
Applied online, received a call to come in store for an interview. The interview was very casual but standard with a few questions on experiences. I was told I'd get a call soon, never got a call so I rang up myself a week later. The manager said they would get back to me soon, again never received a call. I also know someone else who applied and had the exact same experience and was told by the manager that they were forgetting to call people. There were a lot of roles advertised online as it was a new store so I was very surprised and I wonder if anyone was actually able to get employed at all.
