good interview nice people didn’t get the job though! i’m naturally a nervous person so I was already very scared but afterwards I felt fine. would do the interview again.

Very straightforward, completed the online assessment procedure and received a telephone interview call a few days later. I was then invited to attend an instore assessment where I was given a tour and assessed on basic customer service skills. Interviewer was friendly, welcoming and was happy to answer any questions.
