NEXT Sale Assistant interview questions

Began with a telephone interview and moved onto a store trial. They asked me to walk around the store and greet any customers I see and ask if they needed help with anything and then at the end they had me put together an outfit to show the guy who was doing my interview. The end was a bit of fun.

After online application, in person interview with the manager asking general questions and going onto the shop floor to see how you interact with customers. Was quick and straight forward
