Interview
Very easy interview. Was hired on the day and started shortly after. Was asked about my employment history and other general information. She then decided which department I would be best suited to which was home department.
Apply online and complete a questionnaire- questions ranging from customer service questions and some personality. Make sure to have enough time to complete this . If successful, you will continue to the next stage where you will then receive a telephone interview.
Telephone interview with the store manager: was very casual
Instore Assessment: interacted with staff and customers for about an hour
Didn't get an offer due to high number of applicants with more experience
