Interview
The team were lovely and receptive and made you feel comfortable. The process was easy and streamlined and was told the final verdict that day. It was laid back and was tested more on personality rather than technical questions

Question 1
Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult customer
Very casual and simple. No pressure was felt whatsoever. Felt comfortable and wasn’t asked any difficult questions. Had an experience in the fitting rooms to get a feel for the work
Had to complete a basic online maths assessment about calculating rates, percentages, discounts etc. In person interview with situational assessment, walked around the shop floor. Was assessed for 5 minutes as I went and asked customers if they needed any help or assistance, did a floor call, outbound call to another shop and a call to stock room.
