I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NEXT (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2024
Interview
Applied online, did a situational judgment type
Test and a maths test, received an email regarding store assessment, went into store, walked around with the manager to view the areas of the business, put clothes back on the rail, tidied up the sales floor, helped customers on the sales floor, greeted customers when they walked in, stood at the tills watching the staff serve customers, greeted customers also, very unusual interview/assessment I wasn't given much to do so not much to assess, I won't be applying to work at NEXT again, the feedback given did not match what I was told to do and who I am as a person and my work ethic
