Very relaxed and took only about 20 minutes. You are interviewed by one of the senior staff and taken a small tour around the area. Then you are asked to have a small induction by working on the floor for 30 minutes while being observed by the interviewer to see how well you work alone and when handling a costumer.

they called me and offered me a temporary role subject to passing three questions. They were basic competancy based questions and also experience e.g. working on tills. They then offered me the job which was mostly for their sale.
