NEXT Customer Assistant interview questions

I was firstly invited for a phone interview asking about next and why i like the store if i shopped there etc. Then was invited for a trial shift interview and they showed me how to do different things over the course of an hour to see if i would enjoy working there.

Applied online, situation based questionnaire for the first stage followed by an in store interview. In store interview was straight forward and involved being on the shop floor. Following which I received an offer around a week later.
