Very professional, encouraging, communicative, and seamless. Recruiter was highly supportive and interviews were challenging but also created a good dialogue (hiring managers were open to conversing about related matters rather just ask interview questions and wait for my answer, felt more collaborative)

What are key components to prioritize when adapting to marketplace changes and trends?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
Absolutely terrible process. Interviewed for a manager role at Peacock. Went through over half a dozen rounds and ended up meeting with the SVP of the dept. All of them were "lovebombing" me to an extent insinuating I would get the role. Made me do a case study as well and present it. After all of it I found out via the portal I didnt get the role! Watch out for this company!
Interviewed with hiring manager and internal team mates, totaling 4 rounds over Zoom. Everyone was extremely friendly and asked thoughtful questions. Not too challenging, just be ready with examples from your resume.
