I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in Jul 2015
Interview
The first round was the "Take the Interview" video interview. You record your answers using your webcam and submit the videos to HR. The second round was a "Hiring Event" where the in person interviews took place. HR kept all the candidates in one waiting room and there were conferences room lining the wall filled with hiring managers. HR called candidates out of the room one-by-one and assigned them to a conference room, where their interview was conducted. Some people only had one interview during the Hiring Event, while others had up to 4 interviews with different departments.
