I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
First there's an online interview where you record your responses and send them in. I made it to the last round of the process where you go to 30 Rock for the group interview. The hardest part is the 2 minuet presentation, in my opinion.

I applied online. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Jul 2015
Interview
I applied online, then did an online video interview. I didn't speak to anyone like a Skype interview. Instead, I was given four questions and was given about two minutes to record an answer to each. I was given thirty seconds to read each question and prep, then it started recording. It also gave me one chance to re-record all of my answers, which I did.
