I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was a 2 to 5 group interview (2 interviewers and 5 interviewees). The interview itself was super easy, but there were some questions that required knowledge of the company. Still, it was far from a formal interview, and the interviewers made sure you feel comfortable.

Question 1
Why did you decided to be a part of this industry?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in Sep 2015
Interview
First, you apply then it will be a couple weeks before someone emails you requesting a web interview .. WITH YOURSELF! Now, at first I was super freaked out because of this but it wasn't that bad. You will answer some written questions about your GPA, academic standing, your ability to work in NY or LA, etc. Then they web interview will be a Skype of you looking in the mirror at yourself as questions flash across the screen. You will answer one question at a time, and you're given about 1:30-2:00 per question. If you BOMB a question, you do have the option to redo the entire interview. This seems like a good thing, but you have to start over, and you lose the responses to your other questions. Make sure you are calm and collected and have a quiet place to do this interview! Fun experience, overall! If you do well, you will get another email from a particular channel interested in you! If you turn down the channel you don't get anything -- so make sure you have other internship offers! Ex. A friend got Sprout but wanted NBCNews but kept Sprout and was able to move to their desired internship for the next semester! After a channel wants you, you probably will be asked for an in-person interview, and then you are requested to work! Hint hint: the more days you can work the better -- I worked full-time (40 hours per week), when usually they have two interns, they just had me.. just food for thought! :D Happy interviewing! Hope this was helpful!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What are your career goals? What are some of your past relevant internships? What's a project you worked on that you are proud of (side note: make sure it's relevant to the industry)? and What do you hope to achieve at an internship at NBCUniversal?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in May 2012
Interview
I didn't interview for the process. I already worked there on a different project so I was recruited for the next project. It was a project that interested me so I accepted.
