I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2015
Interview
Received a phone call from HR to discuss my past experience. HR then explained the job specifications and why I had been selected and the next stage in the process. Had an interview with the department heads and HR which consisted of a series of competency questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Aug 2015
Interview
I received an email asking me to come in for an interview. Further coordination was done over the phone. The interview itself was very informal and over coffee.
At first there were a lot of questions about my interest in the company and why I would like to work with them, followed by several questions about my CV. The interviewer was very interested in knowing about my background, my experiences at university and graduate school, as well as asking me about the work environment at my most recent job. There were questions about my intent in switching jobs, and how long would continue at my current job. After this we discussed the job itself and my abilities to fulfill the requirements. I was called for a second interview.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2014
Interview
Very basic and easy. One call with HR and then an onsite interview with about 3. The process was a bit lengthy unfortunately and took a lot of following up but all in all a pretty easy experience as far as interviews go
