Even though they give a deadline, I would say don't wait until the last minute of the deadline to submit the applicaiton and do it fast as you can. It seemed like the HR reviews it in rolling basis. If you qualify, you will get an email asking you to do a timed video interview with automated questions. You get three tries to do them so outlining what you want to say after you find out what the question is is helpful. Know your position and your strengths when you talk with the manager about it.
