Interview
Application, Automated Video Interview, Phone Interview with Manager
The initial process is application. Even though they give a deadline, I would say don't wait until the last minute of the deadline to submit the applicaiton and do it fast as you can. It seemed like the HR reviews it in rolling basis.
If you qualify, you will get an email asking you to do a timed video interview with automated questions. You get three tries to do them so outlining what you want to say after you find out what the question is is helpful.
Know your position and your strengths when you talk with the manager about it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied online. A week later I received an e-mail from HR inviting me to do a video interview. During the interview you are staring at yourself looking at the camera and answering questions that pop up on the screen. You are given 30 seconds to prepare and 30-60 seconds to answer. It's incredibly awkward, I'm not sure why they use it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Feb 2016
Interview
Started out with a video interview in which you record yourself answering questions rather than talking to an actual person. This video gets passed along to hiring managers who might be a good fit based upon your answers and interests. If the hiring managers are interested they reach out to you to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was very straightforward, typical questions, be prepared to address your resume.
