I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Portland, OR) in Mar 2016
Interview
Interview process was via Skype and quick/easy. Very friendly and casual. Was offered internship on the spot. I believe this interview was easier because I had a referral but was still asked questions that other candidates were as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Studio City, CA) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview was conducted via FaceTime and the interviewer was pleasant throughout. He asked the standard questions about why I was interested in the position, what my strengths were, what I was looking for, my work history, and so on. Unfortunately they put the position on hold after the initial interview, so I did not advance in the process. The next step would have been meeting with the executives I'd be assisting and one other executive in the department.

Interview
Producer and Head Editor asked basic questions about my work ethic and past work history. I explained my education and past work experience which they were very receptive too. They asked about how I executed videos that were on my reel that they viewed. Very interested in my work performance.
