I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
Video and in-person interview. The recruiters are really kind and make the process fluid and straightforward. The interviews themselves are very behavioral and are more enjoyable than most, as the interviewer was great at stemming conversation.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I had a face to face interview. I was referred by a company colleague. I was asked to check in by phone once a week, which I did for several years. I had to wait until a position became open.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Oct 2017
Interview
I saw the job posting online and had my friend who worked in the company pass my resume along. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager who asked me only a couple of questions so I thought they weren't interested but then they moved me forward to a 1:1 round with my potential peer. HR was extremely disorganized in the process and they forgot to tell me they had scheduled me for the 1:1. I found out when the interviewer emailed me to see if I was still coming. I followed up with HR (no apologies) multiple times before they finally rescheduled. I had a great interview with my peer but they ended up moving forward with an internal candidate who they probably had in mind since the beginning. The whole process is a poor and unprofessional reflection of the team and the company.
