Interview
The first interview is online. It's not a Skype interview but you record video responses to the prompts. If you make it pass that round, you get called in for an in-person interview with a recruiter.

Interview
Although I wish that the outcome of the interview had been different, I had a wonderful experience overall. The process itself is around a month and a half if you take into account the application due date, the digital interview, and the panel interview.
Word of advice for the panel interview: practice your delivery! I saw that the people chosen for the program were probably the most well-spoken interviewees. Of course, be yourself and be excited, but I do think nailing the questions and presentation will make you stand out.
Don't spend too much time trying to memorize everything about the company, they won't grill you on company specifics. Spend more time on behavioral questions! Know backwards and forwards why you want to be a page, why you want to work in media, and what you can provide to the team.
Good luck!

Interview
Applied online with resume and cover letter. Heard back about a month later with an email from a hiring recruiter wanting to schedule a phone interview. She had me reschedule three times and when she did finally call me she was 20 minutes late. I was granted a second interview where I was supposed to have a skype interview with 2 hiring managers but they never called at the interview time. Got an email about 2 hours later from the hiring manager saying she would let me know if there was any interest but never heard back from her.
