I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Mar 2018
Interview
The first round was an automated video interview. You are given a question, then a few seconds to think about your answer before recording for about a minute. The final round was a phone interview (could be in person but there was a snow storm that day + they offer virtual interviews in the first place). They have a prep call before the interview as well as a group conference call where you can ask additional questions. It was really helpful to learn more about the program, and the individual phone interview felt a bit more casual and conversational.

Applied online. Applying for an experienced role, you would like to think any application would elicit more than a generic automated response. No review of application, no feedback and no reason as to why your application was not reviewed.
