Applied for the role on their website and received an email from the HR Recruiter a few weeks later.
Her email professionalism was not the most professional. She didn't specify a date (though using context clues and logic, I assumed correctly). On the day of the interview, she was roughly 10 minutes late. And the call lasted about 9 minutes.
She gave a brief overview of the role but nothing I couldn't have gotten from the job description. When it came for my turn to ask questions, I asked her about the team that this role would be reporting into. She gave a vague description of the team but nothing specific. Due to this, I told her I'd save the more technical questions for the team if I moved up.
Though I don't expect HR recruiters to be bubbly or friendly, I do expect some cordialness. She was not that cordial and made me feel as though she was not fully invested into doing this interview.
