I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal
Interview
Applied online, HR phone screen, 1 interview with Hiring manager, 2 interviews with other managers, 1 on-site interview with the VP, 1 on-site interview with HR. Lots of behavioral and overall get to know you questions, nothing too difficult. However, I felt like they wasted a lot of my time while dragging the process out until I heard back from the final interview. They also requested 5 reference surveys (10 mins long) before final interview. They should only requested references if they were gonna make an offer. I felt bad that I wasted so much time of my references. HR person was super nice and helpful, but the process is really drawn out.
Video interview.. pretty normal. You get to do a second take and it's not timed, Asked about the brands I liked and why I wanted to work there. The platform didn't work with my apple products so I was able to get an extension for my deadline.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Los Angeles, CA) in Dec 2022
Interview
The video portion of inteview was standard. The panel was more challenging as you're competing against other applicants but also working together. The panel interview was definitely the toughest part.
