Part of the process is a virtual, one-sided video interview. Questions are provided before each video recording begins, and you have limited tries. You have one practice video before the processes begins
I applied online and received an email to submit a video interview a few months later. Once I completed the video interview, I went in-person to a hiring event. The video interviews will show you a question and then time you to record your answer. You usually only have two chances to complete it.
