I applied online. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Aug 2016
Interview
I was invited to take an online interview. In this interview, I had to answer 4 questions on the spot. It was all done independently via internet, remotely. After reading each question I had 30 seconds to come up with an answer, and record a video response via webcam. Retries were allowed. The challenging part is: 1. You don't know what the selected questions will be ahead of time and 2. You are speaking into a computer screen rather than having a conversation with a human.

I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal in Nov 2017
Interview
Had an interview by the college on-campus recruitment team. The interviewer was very knowledgeable and described the internship opportunities with great detail. Overall, a casual interview with a good feedback.
I applied online. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (Singapur) in Oct 2016
Interview
Interview was fairly easy and more light hearted. I feel they really want to know what we are like, but at the same time evaluate if we were suitable for the role. Considering it was an internship and most of us had no prior work experience, the types of questions asked were targeted more towards defining your character.
