A few meetings with the people I would be reporting to. Very fluid process and couldn't have gone better. I am required to put in 30 words, so hoping I have met that.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in Jan 2016
Interview
One of the best interview processes I've been through. You meet one on one with several members of management & they really just try to figure out where you fit in on the team. They don't expect you to know how to do the job on day one, they want you to be willing to learn & ready to do your best. I interviewed on a Wednesday & got a call back that Friday evening.

Question 1
Of all the positions you held, which was your favorite & why?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NBCUniversal (New York, NY) in Mar 2012
Interview
I had an initial interview by NBC HR which was very straight forward and by the book. I was then scheduled for an interview with 5 different people from the Commercial Ops department. I met with each person individually (not a panel). Everyone was very pleasant and the interview questions were not difficult.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
**They did not expect me to have previous experience in commercial operations or even know about the department (I had zero knowledge). A lot of the interview was the interviewer telling me about the job and the position, which I appreciated. They were more interested in learning about you to ensure that you were competent and capable of doing the job.
