Tell me about yourself. **They did not expect me to have previous experience in commercial operations or even know about the department (I had zero knowledge). A lot of the interview was the interviewer telling me about the job and the position, which I appreciated. They were more interested in learning about you to ensure that you were competent and capable of doing the job.
