NASCAR interview questions

Applied online, got a call from a recruiter a month later. had a phone interview a week after that. had a video interview about a week of two after that. it was the holiday time so i didnt hear back until after the new year. I was rejected but then was contacted two month's later asking if i was still interested. I then drove to Charlotte for an in-person convo and a tour of the building. A week after that i was contacted by a recruiter to start the background check/references process. a week after that i was contacted with an offer. I started roughly two to three weeks after

Sent email interview questions one month after I applied. Didn’t hear a respond until two months later despite sending follow up emails. Had a phone interview and they said I should hear a response in the next two weeks. Never heard from them again.
