Motorola Solutions Software Developer interview questions

Got to meet with the team lead and one other for a first interview, we talked about the job, my resume, and they asked a few technical and behavioural questions relevant to the job itself. I was told I'd hear back in a week, but it took them 3 weeks to send a rejection. Overall I had a pleasant interview experience.
