I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Kraków)
Interview
The interview had few stages - started with the written test and was followed by couple of the detailed technical interviews. Most of the questions were around the C++ programming including written examples of code.

Question 1
Detailed questions about the C++ deconstructor structure.
I applied through Jobstreet. They contacted me for a phone interview about two-three weeks later. Since I was in my senior year, the phone interview was actually the only interview. I thought they were going to call me in after I graduated for a face-to-face interview but they offered me the position right after.

Question 1
Mostly usual questions: weaknesses/strengths, why Motorola etc.
Also, is Java object oriented? How a car radio works? What do you know?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Córdoba)
Interview
Most important aspects dealt with the technical ones. But this was 11 years ago so I don't think they are very representative today. Anyhow, Software engineering related questions were targeted as the most important ones. Planning, requirements management, risks, peer reviews, quality assurance and tracking and control were the key. They were also interested if I knew something about CMM (now CMMi) and Six Sigma. Some behavioral questions also were asked but nothing relevant.

Question 1
Having my first interview in other language with the director of the software center at that moment. He challenged me by the very first moment without being aggressive but still very pushing. He did not even lower his pace when talking. Even though I was not really fluent in his language, I think he valued my honesty after all since he gave his ok to continue the recruiting process.
