Motorola Solutions Software Developer interview questions

Got an onsite interview during the career fair, interviewed with one member, half hour with behavioral problem, easy to answer, half hour about technical questions. Very straight forward. The one who interviewed me is very nice. I was struggle a bit with one of the tech question, but he gives very helpful hint.

Two guys, one from management (normally is Manager) and one from technical (normally is senior engineer or staff engineer), have interviewed me. The overall question quite simply, introduce yourself, your project, 5 years plan.
