Interview
It was a great experience , the interview was amazing and the interview process was great and I have not much to at and moment to the people reading it here !
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Kraków) in Aug 2024
Interview
I would describe my experience as quick and pleasant. The whole process took me a week. At first, it was a phone call with HR, she asked me about my work experience, and education, asked questions in English, and told me about the position. It was a common structure of an interview with a nice vibe. She said I should expect the answer in a week or two, but she called and invited me to a second stage the next day. The second stage is a video call with two interviewers. They asked about my education, work experience, and other basic questions. Then they asked a few questions in English to test it. Both of them were professional and, at the same time, nice and comfortable to talk to. In the end, they said to expect an answer in two weeks. But the next day I got a call from HR, and she told me about the great feedback from the interview. In two days she called me and confirmed acceptance of my candidacy
