3 conversations with the management line for the position. Very standard process over zoom. Everyone was friendly and open. No gotcha questions, very conversational approach, so felt comfortable. Each meeting was about an hour long

Question 1
describe a time you had to work with a difficult customer, what did you do to turn them around
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions in Feb 2025
Interview
There was only one call with a senior (or maybe lead) engineer - not HR or normal headhunter, but it was typical screening with HR and technical questions.
There was (and after few months still is) lack of transparency that "lead" in Motorola means more of normal "line manager" than technical or team leader. Interviewer wasn't sure if I applied for senior or lead position. From there, salary expectations didn't match and interviewer started to be rude and trying to prove to me I lacked technical expertise, which I didn't.
Obviously, no further feedback was give. Very unprofessional.
