Question 1
How would you detect and resolve inconsistencies or mismatches when merging data from multiple sources?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions in Aug 2025
Interview
The process moved quickly and was well-organized. It began with a recruiter phone screen, followed by an interview with the hiring manager and another senior manager. From there, I interviewed separately with two regional managers, and finally with a director. Each step focused on my background, customer relationship skills, and ability to support growth. Most interviews were conversational and relationship-focused rather than overly technical. Overall, it was a very professional process with clear communication from the recruiter throughout. Excellent experience!

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions
Interview
Applied online, received a wordy template email from the recruiter asking me to complete an online assessment to prove my resume isn't fake. It was an easy coding problem which I completed. No response until I received a generic rejection weeks later.
