I applied through Jobstreet. They contacted me for a phone interview about two-three weeks later. Since I was in my senior year, the phone interview was actually the only interview. I thought they were going to call me in after I graduated for a face-to-face interview but they offered me the position right after.

Question 1
Mostly usual questions: weaknesses/strengths, why Motorola etc.
Also, is Java object oriented? How a car radio works? What do you know?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Schaumburg, IL) in Jan 2009
Interview
I sensed that the company was in the process of imploding, and that the interviewer was not himself secure in his position. The company has lost so many people that the one's left are shell-shocked. This is not a healthy situation. Sadly, I worked for this company for 30 years before taking voluntary severance 10 years ago.
