I applied online. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Schaumburg, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
Got an email from the acquisition specialist regarding setting up an interview. Went over the resume and the position. The second interview with the hiring manager. Few questions regarding your work experience and overall resume and went over the role. Very easy but took a long time to hear back after the interview, which ended up in making multiple follow phone calls and emails.

How did you resolve a challenging conflict at work?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Glasgow, Escocia) in Jan 2020
Interview
First stage was a one hour video call with two interviewers.
Second stage was a 4 hour monster interview with various stages and various staff members (intros > 2 of core dev team > portfolio review > design exercise on whiteboards).
I thought it went really well, but never received a single bit of feedback, despite back and forth emails with the internal recruiter. So to this date I have no idea if they offered me the job or not!
I took a half day off work and prepped a good while before this. I felt it incredibly rude and unprofessional to be ghosted in this way.
