Overall straightforward, though some questions made me pause to think. There are two rounds, with the second being a two-hour long process where you speak to two current PAs, two lawyers, and someone from HR.

Very straightforward and genuine. Interviewers asked basic behavioral questions, and truly wanted to teach me about what the role has to offer. A few curveball interview questions, and opportunities to speak with senior staff as well.
