Mintz interview questions

A recruiter called me. I was then contacted by the HR manager. I was scheduled for a onsite interview which lasted for about 3 hours. Well setup, interviewers kept their time, and included both paralegals, newer associates to senior attorneys.

Applies online through school recruiting website. Interviewed first on campus and was then invited for a second round interview in the office. Project Analyst's are primarily the ones who interview you. Was also interviewed by an HR Staff Member and two attorneys during the second round.
