Mintz interview questions

they asked about the experience on my resume, and asked behavioral questions such as : how do you work in a team? How do you deal with a person in a team who isn't holding their own? In what ways are you a leader? They also asked me "why Mintz Levin?" The interview was conducted by two Project analysts.....they were friendly enough. It was only 25 minutes, there was time for questions at the end.... they did NOT ask me to tell them about myself at the beginning, they just started asking me specific questions about my experience

I first applied to the job through a friend who knew a contact in the company- I sent my resume and cover letter along with college transcript. I had a phone interview- they asked me questions like where do you find yourself in 5 years, describe a situation where you worked with difficult people, typical and standard interview questions I think. No surprises with that. About a week later and got an email about 2 weeks later saying that they were unable to offer me a position at that time
