Chaotic, non professional and disrespectful experience:
It began with two different invites for the interview via Skype and MS Teams. Then they figured out it should be Skype however the next one was with Teams.
The HR director came to late to both interviews. Her excuse was “other interviews”. In the introduction she was so confused that she mentioned the company she worked with before. No information from the application or notes were prepared so she asked in both interviews everything again.
In the second stage they asked to prepare a case study how to improve their digital presence from website to social media and b2b ecommerce trends of the future.
I delivered an in-depth analysis and prepared a ppt which I left them as a hand out.
Two months after the case study presentation I was told that due to organizational changes they will not hire anyone but a freelancer!!
Really disgraceful for a company that had the best fiscal year in their history 2020 and is steeling IP from applicants.

Ich hatte ein gutes und nettes Gespräch mit den Kundendienstmeister, es war sehr entspannt, man konnte sich dutzen, es hat sich sehr familiär angefühlt. Ich als Person Stande nicht unter Druck und hatte ein gutes und sicheres Gefühl.
