Virtual interview with Human Resources. Fairly basic behavioral based questions, but also asked for several examples. Mostly focused on the more negative, learning experiences within past. Did not focus on experiences very much.
Too long of a process. Didn't get any feedback on why I didn't get the job afterwards. Interviewers were a bit weird in asking question and left it up to interpretation

3 meetings via teams, followed by a phone call where they told me I did not get it. No constructive feedback. Overall experience based on the time invested, I think a company with that scale can have the recruiter spend 5 minutes and giving you feedback.
