The process itself was very slick, professional and (seemingly) friendly. A written set of questions, interview with a senior in the same role, then another interview with hiring managers. Feedback
throughout was quick, and positive. Until the final decision - then ghosted, no explanations or even a one line email just an auto notification. Don’t give good feedback at each stage and then no explanation at the end. How can people learn from mistakes or gain experience for next time?

3 stages with: HR, PM and technical. You can easily feel the pressure of hoping to give the right answer but they seem to be open-minded and give you a follow-up questions to get to know your way of thinking.

it was the first round telephonic and all about the PMBOK, Interviewer was only looking the exact definitions of the questions.
There was no discussion on the work experience based on past or current assignment.
