Microsoft Project Manager interview questions

Very professional yet casual interview and engagement process. The appointment setting is done by another group but they can work with you and find a convenient time. Good selection process but updates can still be improved and feedback can be provided to candidates.

I was called by a recruiter and asked a few questions regarding my experience, and had to answer around 5 questions. This was the first screening call and I wasn't as prepared or expecting to be asked so many questions.
