Microsoft Project Manager interview questions

Had a great round of interviews for a PM role at Microsoft. Standard questions, super friendly team. Had a 1:1 chat with the hiring manager, was moved onto 4 rounds of interviews (all in one day), then a final person (AA round).

The interview consists of a few stages: first with HR, then with the manager, and then with someone from the same team. The overall recruiting process can take up to 3 months.
