Microsoft Programme Manager interview questions

Asked usual questions like what do you see yourself in 5 years, what is your passion, asked very nicely then asked a question on how to delete a element in a linked list. I got it right, but couldn't provide the code. only sudocode then a challenging question about how to find a missing number in a large sequence of random numbers used a less sufficient way. guess not good enough, thought this was a good performance

I was asked if I could design an elevator, How would I do it. The interviewer was very pleasant easy to talk to......I now know instead of answering it from the angle of an engineer....It should have bee nasnwer from the angle of a project manager.
