Lengthy interview with multiple stakeholders. Tested conceptual knowledge as well as specific technical ability and competence. Problem solving scenarios were presented. Each interviewer had a different angle. Group met afterwards to discuss and grade each candidate. Once you were on the short list they probed for additional information. Once selected they initiated the salary and benefits negotiation.
