Mercer Summer Wealth interview questions

Mercer has a typical hiring process with tests, a video interview and an assessment centre. The assessment centre itself was very engaging and enjoyable. The day consisted of a group exercise, a written exercise, a short pre-prepared presentation and an interview. Everyone I met on the day including people from HR and the recent graduates were lovely and very welcoming. I would highly recommend applying to Mercer.

Quite a standard interview process, took a while for everything to be sorted out from my application date but I think that this was due to Mercer changing the structure of the summer internship. Great people working for the company. Stage 1: Send off cover letter/ CV etc Stage 2: Standard competency tests Stage 3: Assessment centre comprising of a case study, written exercise, role play and interview Also am yet to have been paid expenses after 2 months.
