I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mercer in Aug 2021
Interview
I did one phone screening with HR. I did a phone call with a Sourcer. I did a video interview with a manager. I did four more separate interviews with the team, some with two people and some with one person. I waited two weeks for a response and heard nothing. The sourcer got back to me and wanted to me to meet with another THREE people. I declined as they obviously did not respect the applicants time in having me wait weeks for a response and spend significant time interviewing with multiple people. This would be meeting a total of 10 people over a two month period for an entry level role. Very bad interview process and experience!

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer (Washington, DC) in Apr 2019
Interview
Cycled through 3 interviews, very well coordinated. The staff were friendly and I felt asked very reasonable questions. I was met with clear expectations for the interview but I did find it strange that they took all the candidates to dinner together
