Mercer Health & Benefits Analyst interview questions

They came to my school's career fair, and I had a great conversation with one of the recruiters there. I also applied on my school's career recruitment website. They invited me to interview on campus. I had one half-hour interview. The questions focused on analytical experience (Excel), teamwork experience, and experience doing due diligence. I had great vibes from this interview but did not hear back for a few weeks. After inquiring about my status, I received an email saying I would not be moving on in the process. I asked my interviewer for feedback, and he suggested I build more analytical (Excel) experience.

First Round on campus interview - One on One. The questions in general weren't too difficult - they asked how much you knew about Mercer and maybe a little bit of Health Care Industry. It was difficult to really engage the interviewer - she looked rather stern.
