Interview
Started with a screening round with HR concentrated mainly on education,work experience etc. If the candidate is suitable for any process then he/she is taken forward. Total of 5 interview rounds. Screening round, written test (process related), HR round (regarding salaries,location,shift etc.), Face to face interview round ( analytical,behavioral,situational questions), interview with operation manager.

Interview
After submitting a resume, I received a HireVue application which consisted of 3-5 questions (answers were recorded in response). After passing the HireVue, I received an invitation to Superday, where I had two behavioral interviews, a case study, and an informal peer chat interview.

1hr phone screen + 1 behavioural + 1 case interview (take home) + back-to-back with 3 to 4 people (mostly behavioural, nothing too technical but will grill you on the details of your projects)

Career consulting-oriented case study, which provides options to present back to the interviewer, but it is best to provide your own unique rationale. The case is brief and more qualitative than quantitative.
